The ultimate answer to your antiaging treatment questions- Hyaluronic acid

When we talk about the urge to seek an anti-aging treatments, we often think about that dewy, hydrated, and bouncy skin. Look no further because we may have, in this blog, found the answer to all of those questions spewing in your mind. Hyaluronic acid is the magic ingredient that can give you that plump, powerful, and perfect skin. This is because most hyaluronic acid molecules tend to be too large to penetrate deep inside the surface of our skin and sit topically while it binds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, ensuring that the skin is kept moist at all times.

Hyaluronic acid, however, depletes as we age. Hyaluronic acid is well-known for its moisturizing effects as a skincare component and anti-aging treatments. It's commonly referred to as the "holy grail" of humectants because it draws moisture into the skin for a firmer, more supple appearance.

But the benefits of this wonderful ingredient do not end here, as we have listed here 4 reasons why Hyaluronic acid is the answer to most of your questions regarding maintaining the youthful look of the skin:

Plumper and polished skin and lips:

As we age, our skin's cell turnover rate slows, resulting in decreasing quantities of hyaluronic acid in our skin. Sagging, fine wrinkles, and a general lack of suppleness in the skin are all symptoms of low hyaluronic acid levels. So, hyaluronic acid helps your skin by binding with the water in the skin's surroundings and makes your skin appear plumper and much more hydrated in the looks and feels as soon as you apply it topically on your face. The results are instantly visible with this unique anti-aging treatments.

Visibly reduces the fine lines of the face.

When hyaluronic acid is applied, it draws in water to temporarily fill up fine wrinkles; however, do not neglect the eye area. Your skin thins out as you age, and your eyelids already have some of the thinnest skin on your body. Most individuals are apprehensive about using skincare products around their eyes, but if you can bear it, it's a good idea to do so to avoid a crepe appearance.

If you're going to use hyaluronic acid in your skincare routine, you might as well go all out. Silvie's Aesthetics is all about applying clever skincare formulas with many components. In fact, products containing both hyaluronic acid and antioxidants like vitamin C, which we know can help your skin, are good for your skin's health.

Provides you with an even textured skin

Anyone who has tried to apply the lip colour to chapped lips knows how difficult it is. Because of hyaluronic acid's capacity to hold moisture, it instantly smooths the skin's surface, making concealer, foundation, and even lipstick apply more smoothly. In addition to a specific hyaluronic acid-containing serum or moisturising cream, it's thought to be a fantastic ingredient to seek for in day-to-day makeup or sunscreen application itself or a makeup primer for the same reason.

Helps with the effectiveness of your moisturiser

Because hyaluronic acid draws moisture, putting a serum containing it under a dedicated moisturiser gives the component something to cling to. It has a double-smoothing action that seals in moisture.

This not only moisturises but also aids in the treatment of acne.

Hyaluronic acid is undeniably a master moisturiser. However, there is a persistent misconception that adding moisture to acne-prone skin may exacerbate breakouts. People overlook how much dry skin contributes to acne, and this is where hyaluronic acid comes in handy.

What's special about Azzalure?

The aesthetic treatment market is gushing about this new anti-aging product- Azzalure. This product seems to be the new competitor of BOTOX. Have you heard about it? It's celebrities' favourite in the UK, and we are sure that you will fall in love with it too.

There are several anti-wrinkle formulations on the aesthetic market, but the most common of them all contain Botulinum Toxin Type A. People who prefer anti-wrinkle injections as their go-to anti-aging treatment are likely to have had Botox, Bocouture, or Azzalure used for treatment.

Until recently, Azzalure was marketed under the name Dysport and was only approved to treat medical disorders like cerebral palsy, facial tics, and strokes. However, it is now approved for cosmetic usage.

Both medications contain botulinum toxin, a protein generated by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium. Botulism, a rare ailment commonly associated with food poisoning, can be caused by excessive quantities of protein.

It merely stops a substance that signals the muscles to contract in modest dosages injected into the face. The wrinkles generated by these expressions are efficiently smoothed out by keeping the face from frowning.

At Aesthetic by Silvie, we use Azzalure to diminish muscle action that diminishes your wrinkles and gives you the appearance of youthful skin. Azzalure is also effective for treating facial wrinkles such as crow's feet, frowns, and forehead lines. Azzalure is also effective in the treatment of excessive sweating and migraines.

Azzalure has the advantage of being much less expensive than Botox. Botox, on the other hand, costs between £4 and £6 per unit in clinics. A patient may require up to 30 units in each location, depending on the severity of the wrinkles.

Generally – anti-wrinkle injections are used to mitigate the effects of facial expressions that cause wrinkles, which become permanently set into the face over time. Injections of botulinum toxins, however, have other uses. You can use them to reduce sweating in the hands and armpits by reducing the strength of the masseter muscle in the jaw, ease bruxism or tooth-grinding, or improve the appearance of a gummy smile by relaxing the muscle pulling the upper lip upward.

Azzalure typically takes 24 to 48 hours to begin to take effect; the effects are then noticed after about two weeks when the full effects will be seen. The amount of time it takes to see results will be influenced by a variety of factors, including your age and facial muscle strength. You may schedule a follow-up appointment after two weeks, if necessary, to make minor adjustments to your treatment plan.

Talking about the differences between BOTOX and Azzalure- Botox has a larger molecular structure and does not disperse as far as Azzalure in the tissue. This means that an injection around the eye, for example, is significantly more accurate because the poison is less likely to migrate away from the injection site, generating a droopy eyelid or eyebrow. Despite the little variations, patients have the right to information and thus, should be informed about what is being injected into their faces.

If they are under the notion that they are receiving Botox, they should be informed that this is not the situation. It's also crucial to note that whatever product you have, the practitioner should be skilled, and prefer a provider who is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors, and avoid beauty centers and fitness clubs for treatments.'

Azzalure's cosmetic use was approved by the Department of Health earlier this year.
